The Admissions Process

We are excited that you are considering St. John's for the 2023-2024 or the 2024-2025 Academic Year! During the application process, our Admissions admission team will be with you and your family every step of the way. The Admissions and Financial Aid applications for the 24-25 school year will open on February 5. Please feel free to submit an inquiry and visit the school in the meantime.

To start the admissions process at St. John's please submit an inquiry or call the school and talk to our Admissions Director. This inquiry is used to gather basic information about what you are looking for and to gather your contact information for our Admissions Director to stay in touch with your family about Admissions Events and Information about St. John's. You can submit an inquiry HERE

After submitting an inquiry, we encourage all potential families to schedule a campus tour. The purpose of families coming on a campus tour is to get a better understanding of St. John's. Campus tours provide an opportunity for prospective students and their families to see the campus facilities, learn about the academic programs, and get a feel for the campus culture. This is a great opportunity to meet potential teachers, see a class in action, and meet with our head of school! You can schedule a tour HERE

Applications can be started and submitted at any point in the admissions process after talking with the Admissions Director.

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

A non-refundable fee of $125 must be submitted with each application.
