St. John’s Episcopal School is proud to expand our academic journey with the launch of our new Middle School program (Grades 6–8). Rooted in our Episcopal identity and tradition of academic excellence, our Middle School is designed to guide students through these formative years with purpose, challenge, and care.
Academics That Inspire
Our middle school curriculum builds on the strong foundation established in our elementary program, while introducing more advanced coursework and fostering deeper critical thinking. Core subjects include English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies—taught by passionate, credentialed educators who bring learning to life. Honors and enrichment opportunities encourage students to explore their potential and prepare confidently for high school and beyond.
A Christ-Centered Community
At St. John’s, faith is central. Our Episcopal tradition invites students of all backgrounds to explore their spiritual identity in a respectful, inclusive environment. Weekly chapel, service-learning projects, and faith-based discussions help students develop compassion, integrity, and a sense of purpose rooted in Christian values.
Personal Growth Through Small Classes
With intentionally small class sizes, our teachers get to know their students academically, socially, and spiritually. We focus on the whole child, offering mentorship, leadership development, and guidance during the pivotal middle school years. Our supportive environment empowers students to take ownership of their learning and grow in confidence.
A Well-Rounded Experience
In addition to strong academics, our students thrive through a wide variety of electives and co-curriculars, including:
Visual & Performing Arts
Spanish
Technology & STEM
Athletics & Physical Education
Chapel & Character Education
Student Leadership & Clubs
