Sara Kouba—St. John’s Transition Aide—bakes all sorts of goods from artisan breads to pies and everything in between. However, the most beloved thing that comes from her kitchen is her grandfather’s cinnamon roll recipe. It’s everything you could want in a cinnamon roll. They’re soft and pillowy, buttery, and touched with the perfect balance of cinnamon sweetness. One could say that it’s a terribly, wonderfully, very good idea to eat one.
